...does anyone know what the "E" in Jakey's stage name stand for? ...maybe "(the) Electric" or "(the personalized) Energy"... or perhaps something japanese... I was always wonderin whether it's just an infix for the speakin flow / to remember his name more easily?

it is.

Jake was born Jakey Lou Williams as stated above
and it was Ozzy who came up with Jake E Lee(as far as I know).

Jakey = Jake E

I remember my guitar teacher laughing at me when I spoke of Jake E Lee because that made him think of Jackie Chan.

Duuuude, Jakey or Jake E., however you want to say it, is the guy's name. If, for a moment, you would imagine why we don't call him Earl G. Oober when he's on stage. . . Whats the word for "to chatter senselessly," in Japanese? This soda makes me burpy. I like chewing gum.

Metalhead, re-ply post best describes the "E" in JAKE's middle initials: Jakey = Jake E and OZZY did give him his stage name of Jake E. Lee and his real name/Birthname is Jakey Lou Williams (used in his early music days w/Ratt & Rough Cutt, etc.,.) in which he is both known by in his Music Career. Peace!
