According to Billboard, the new album from Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, Carmen Appice and Ronnie James Dio will be titled ‘The Devil You Know’ and will emerge on April 27th.
The LP was recorded at Rockfield Studios in Wales, where Black Sabbath recorded their 1992 album Dehumanizer.
Here are the known track titles:
* Rock 'N' Roll Angel (formerly called Rock & Roll Jesus, apparently)
* Neverwhere
* Breaking into Heaven
* Bible Black
* Double Pain
* Atom & Evil
* Eating the Cannibals

That would be fkn cool, seen them here in 2007 that very same line up, and sound wise, was the best gig I had seen in years, was pure joy to hear Dio sing and Iommi play.
This is great news! I saw them on the Metal Masters Tour last August and it was close to being a religious experience for me! It was worth every mile I drove and every pennie I spent.
Sounds extravagantly "exciting" and I can clearly see that this is a much awaited treasure album/Cd from HEAVEN & HELL - you all made me curious and obviously of course their a master band of individuals legendary musicians. Peace!

its because black sabbath were inducted in the rock walk of fame as Ozzy, Iommi, Butler and Ward. and if sabbath released an album after that of dio, iommi, appice, butler etc, it'd maybe piss off the ozzy corp and the rock walk of fame 'purists'.

Anybody ever wonder why good ol' Oz hasn't persistently tormented his old friends in Sabbath, and effectively erased their contributions by purchasing their song rights?! My money is on the Sabbath guys with enough money to preserve their rights, and telling Ozzy where to get off.
