Those lyrics were supposed to be a joke, right ?
Like an intentional goof.
Not that I'm a huge Kiss fan, I'm just trying to make sure I got the joke.

Dave
Not a joke. Do I have them wrong? I s'pose I probably do since I haven't listened to them since about '77, well . . . that song, anyway. I will admit to having alot of trouble picking out lyrics when there's a loud, distorted guitar playing. LOL

Tommy T
Fret- those lyrics go " Get up, everyboby's gonna move their feet. Get down, everybody's gonna leave their seat. "
I know this cause my band covers this song and for some strange reason it goes over well. Hell one night our singer forgot the words and I had to sing it. Yea Haw. Good thing its pretty simple cause I can't sing and play well.

Dave
HaHaHaHaHa HaaaaghHaaagh!
I was wrong. I've been wrong for the last . . . like, forget it. Hey, can you blame me?! I was listening to The Bay City Rollers, Leif Garrett and David Cassidy back then. LOL O, and going to the studio in Macon to sit around and listen to The Allman Brothers Band work out who's going to make that spulink sound next!

That's a stingy remark if indeed Eric Singer/the Octopus Drummer said such a thing about Guitarist/Jake E. Lee (Founder of BADLANDS). I'm sure each of them had their "unagreeable" moments & hardships in this much highly acclaim band that each member (Ray Gillen, Jake E. Lee, Greg Chaisson, Eric Singer and Jeff Martin) poured their gritty Gator Souls into: particularly Jake E. Lee for Badlands is embedded in his Heart/and wanted the very best for his band. I can't see Eric Singer saying such a thing about Jake E. Lee: something's not right here for Jake has the highest regards toward Eric. As for KISS, I always will cherished them their a big part of my growing up teen yrs. So their quite special although at times I get upset of how Ace & Peter were treated by Paul & Gene (especially Paul) after leaving KISS for the early formation of the Four masked men set some heavy music Roots in KISS & the ones that came there after are pretty "awesome & unique" too. Peace & much respects!

And, you know this how? You know them both personally??

As for myself, and many others in this crazy world, I can go from angel to stark raving bitch in a record 1.8 seconds. I'm sure the same applies to men - however, the word 'bitch' would be replaced with the word 'dick'. Everyone is entitled to a bit of assholiness every once in a while.

Well, according to Shadow, if anything says any remotely
bad about Jake, they are lying.

It was the same deal when we found Jades MySpace page.
Even though there was pictures and videos of Jade and her daughter, they were false
according to Shadow, because there was something on the
page saying that father-daughter didn't speak too much with eachother,
and ofcourse everybody loves the mighty
Jake E. Lee

The whole point of this though is that every persons has
flaws whether you like it or not.

LMAO! You're right, Doobie.

'bitch' or 'dick'...none of us lives in some plastic world where everyone gets along or never says anything nasty, cuz that's just not real. I don't understand why it's so hard to believe that Eric may have said something derogatory about Jake. I mean, it's not exactly out of the realm of possibility. So Eric said something negative-so what? Jake could probably give a rat's ass :P

Jade clearly has an issue with her father-she was pretty open about it. That's their business...nothing earth shattering or unusual there. It doesn't make me any less of a Jake fan for believing it. It'd be nice if nobody ever got mad at their parents for whatever reason, but we all know that's not the case ! Just because Jade isn't speaking to her father doesn't mean that's not her page
