Jake E.Lee??

Hi newbie here.
I know Jake's real name is Williams but who named him Jake E.Lee? Was it Ozzy or was he using this name in Ratt? Thanks.

it was Ozzy.

real name: Jakey Lou Williams

Jakey = Jake-y = Jake-e…you get where I'm going with this? ;)
Lou = Lee

and the last name Williams got dropped altogether.

could be, but Lee also rhymes better with Jake E than Lou does :)
