I'm not trying to be Debbie Downer but, yea, I've been around this site for a lonnnnnnng ass time. Oh, I'm rooting for him...really, I am. But, like many others here that have been pumped up about previous rumors/projects, we've earned our right to our skepticism.

I just wonder why, since this site is devoted to him that he would have had someone make an announcement on here about a new album instead of having a FB page that says he is looking for a singer. Just a thought:)

I saw this on Fb today it was on Sass Jordan's page.

Off to Vegas next week to sing on Jake E. Lee's record .. he's making a KILLER record! The SUN is rising in November .. will keep you posted with exact dates!

I find all the comments on FB funny ....... they seem to assume that sass is jakes new singer where clearly she is just doing a vocal track for jake (or have I misunderstood that??)

and the november reference isn't aimed towards jake is it?? isn't it the "sun" album which I don't think is jake (maybe he has done some guitars??)

anyway at least it certainly looks like we will have new jake e lee stuff sooner rather than never.

The song by sun (i'm the one) sound bloody great so I will have to pick that up when it comes out for sure

I am with Kathy and hope that he is doing some of his own music and just has guest singers and such. I really want to hear Jake's music. I love Retraced and all ( because it was awesome) but, I would like to hear more of Jake's music. Actually I will be happy as a lark just listening to anything he is playing though:)

No Sass is not his new singer from what I understand just a guest singer. I think he has many guest musicians on it and she is just one of them.

Trying to track down ex Iron Maiden vocalist Paul Di’Anno to sing on the new Jake E Lee Album.
He cant except any more friends, . The Album is being executive produced and mixed by Kevin Churko
(Five Finger Death Punch, Ozzy etc.)
We are using a mixture of older rock guys and singers from new bands,
we have already recorded Robin Zander from Cheap Trick, Maria from
" In this Moment" Billy Gibbons from "ZZ Top, Brent and Todd from Slash's band, Jeremy from Five Finger etc .

Anyway I'm going to be in London next week and we have the perfect song for his voice. if you could hook us up.
It would be really good for his career, plus you get a special thanks on the Album and can be in the video as well
