Although its not a new one, more a classic, my favourites are still One Flew Over the Cuckoos Nest and Enemy at The Jades :)

I don't know anything about Enemy at the Jades; however, in observance of your Cookoo's Nest ballot, I'll cast a stone for A Clockwork Orange.

Otherwise, I've got Bullitt, The Getaway, The Great Escape, The Magnificent Seven and The Dirty Dozen in mind for all-time bests. O yeah, and Airplane.

Oh yeah! Steve McQueen movies rock!

And The Magnificent Seven is definitely one of my all time faves! :)

I'm also into some of the more romantic stuff...Anything with Marilyn Chambers is TOPS in my book! :D

Well, I watched The Wicker Man last night starring Nicholas Cage. That movie left me with the feeling of I'm not sure if I liked that or not :?: It was down right weird, so I probably need to watch it again to fully decide. Has anyone else watched this flick?

hahahaha you poor thing! Good Lord, that HAD to be nerve wrecking!!

There's a ton of movies out now that are getting really good reviews - The Departed, Babel, Apocalypto, Pan's Labyrinth (which I can't wait to see). I usually wait to rent but, the last two on that list would probably be amazing on the big screen - I might have to break down this weekend and go see something. Although, I guarantee if I do, it WILL NOT be DreamGirls. uggh - hate Beyonce!!!!

I want to see The Departed myself. I'll pass on Apocalypto though. As for the others, I'm not familiar with them.

My wife and I have tix to see the new Ben Stiller movie this weekend, so I'll let you all know what I think about that. I've heard it's actually pretty good.

Are you talking about A Night at the Museum? I've only heard good things about that movie.

Yeah...the name slipped my mind when I was posting. I believe Owen Wilson is in it too. He rocks!

Oh yes...Christy Canyon and Seka! Both FINE actresses in their own right! I have always enjoyed their work. :D I hear both work behind the camera these days, producing and directing. :)

frethead wrote:Hey! Movies . . . I went to see A Night at the Museum yesterday, and it was worth every penny, even the twenty friggin' bucks for two bags of popcorn and two cups of Sprite!!! Funny is an understatement. It took a little while to warm-up, but, from there, it was all down hill!
I was, uhhh, I wanted to say something but I just can't put my finger on it!

I'll bet Seka doesn't go in front of the cameras when they're not even turned on, anymore! Come to think of it, Christy Canyon probably doesn't either!!! O, well.
