Same here-nobody I really want to see. Plus I'm paying off my last vacation along with some other bills.

now if Jake decided to play somewhere, that would be different... :)

What's a concert?! Oh, wait . . . I think I remember now. That's where I was EVERY flippin' weekend in the 80's. *sigh*

Well, I have the ProgPower Festival lined up in September, but nobody cares about that. :-) As far as any other bands are concerned, I'm not sure. If I lived closer to Nashville, then it would be a differnt story, but it's about five hours away. Mostly everyone comes through there during a tour, country and rock.

That's cool! They don't have all of the original members do they? Is Sebastian Bach opening for them?

Back in dear old Blighty,i've only got the ever reliable Iron Maiden (no,not Sharon O$bourne!!!) in December...oh,and i've just remembered Motorhead in November, but i have a couple of football ,sorry, soccer matches to attend as well (sorry about the USA going out today, snigger!!)
Whitesnake have just toured over here and although i didn't see them, they seemed to have got good reviews, same as Def Leppard.
To be honest, for me, there isn't a great deal of good music happening at the moment, but i am a little retro in my choices. :(
Happy days!!!

I care...I really do. It's just that the tour is not coming by here...at least not that I know of. If it was, I'd go. You and mrmetal have great taste in music, so I'm sure I'd like the bands playing. :D

The only show on my calendar is TTGG in July. 8)

I read on Metal Sludge last night that the fans at The Download Festival were throwing bottles of piss (yes URINE!) at Axel Rose! 8O Also on Sludge:...A fan wrote in and said the new songs SUCKED! Could be he/she was just a fan of the old stuff, who knows....I guess Izzy Stradlin' (I always liked that name) comes out and does a few tunes with 'em. According to Sludge, Izzy's great.

So much for Axels's Roses.

Sorry 'bout that Metalhead. There's still time to sell the tickets! :D

There's a 70's Concert happenin' this weekend and my Rare Earth will be appearing on that Concert Billing which totally made my day/taken me by surpise when I saw the Ad even though I won't be able to attend/I very much will be cheering them on in Rockin' Soul Spirit! It seems that work just totally take over my fun agenda (smile) yet it's important the bills have to be paid. I just wish my present work place was more flexible it seems when you ask for some time off they act as though your asking for a raise or something. Anyway, hopefully I'll be able to see Tesla at the Cal EXPO State Fair "many" Music Artists/Bands venture to the famous Expo Fair. 8)

i've heard some of the new songs and they sound ok, but if they
do suck I won't throw any bottles of piss ;)
