Let's hear it for the homeboys!!! Upstaging the Beach Boys, no less! This is stretching relavence pretty far, I know. But I think it's cool, especially since my dad has passed. He was one of the "original brothers," playing guitar with Duane, and having been close friends with Duane and Gregg Allman and playing in the Pre Allman Brothers Band known throughout the east coast as the Allman Joys. The Nightcrawlers' drummer, Tommy Ruger, also played drums in one of dad's bands called December's Children. O yeah, Little Black w/ the Little White Specks was the first whole song my dad showed me and, subsequently, I ever played.
