Man, the kids and PARENTS in my 'hood need the word that the 4th has come and gone. I guess they're going to put off firecrackers all freakin' summer. 11 am. 7 pm. 11 pm. 2 am. Where's the respect for your nabes? Where's the parents??!! Enough already! Arrrrrgh!
