öhhhhm, you got some good ideas concerning the best choice of effects/pedals for playing the outro?

...got Boss DD2, RV2 and a BF2 so far... dunno... or did he use a Chorus?

thanks

You can achieve that sound with 2 Boss DD-2 pedals.

...yeah, its name led my mind in that direction either but where did Jake use it? ...the Killer-Of-Giants-Octaves are handmade I guess... as well as the intros to the solos of "Fool Like You" and "Now You See It..."

I think it's an octave fuzz but I'm not sure. I'm sure Jefnel1 will know. :)

I've been wondering 'bout that one as well.
The name doesn't give away anything either.

This oughta' be something for our dear pedalmaker ... 8)

hey, did Jake d-drop the lower e-string before twisting into his solo? ...hmm, I always played that part with "normal" setting since the d-drop would influence only 2 notes(?? :? ), never got problems with speed/time:
e----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
b-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------13---12-15-13---
g----------------------------------------------11-11--------12-11---14-12-11---14-----------14
d---------------------------10---9-12-10-----------12-10-------12------------------------------
a---9-----10-9---12-10-9---12----------12-------------------------------------------------------
e-8--10-8-----10-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
